LENK Seafood Services GmbH is acting as the distribution and service arm of Thai headquartered Lenk Frozen Foods (Asia) Co., Ltd.. Together we form the LENK-Group.
With our Asian roots we are specialized in marketing warm water shrimp species, amongst which Black Tiger and Vannamei, as well as aquacultured fish like Pangasius and Tilapia.
With decades of experience and a wide network of local producers via our colleagues in Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and Dhaka, we are capable to select the right producer for your product requirements.
Lenk Seafood Services GmbH is there to organize the supply chain from purchase until final delivery including customs clearance, transport, labelling and branding.

What we do for you
Lenk Seafood Services is a service company, fully dedicated to get your requested product at the right time and in the right manner. It all starts with a thorough purchase advice to meet your specifications. Once your PO is placed we will finetune your order as per your requirements and organize all formalities from A to Z, whether it may be a specific delivery schedule, packaging design, palletizing or T1.
To assure that quality and specifications are in line with food safety, customers’ expectations and regulations, each order is constantly tested, inspected and accompanied by our colleagues in Asia at each stage throughout the supply chain.
We are IFS certified – What does this mean for you?
The IFS Broker (International Food Standard) is applied to companies engaged in trading activities. We only trade certified goods and maintain long-term business relationships with our producers, who are all certified and work according to the highest standards and legal requirements for production, goods and hygiene. The IFS focuses on food safety and the quality of processes and products. Through our certification as an IFS Broker, our products meet the highest possible food safety standards and quality requirements.

Packaging
When creating the labels of your product, our quality management assures that the labels constantly meet the legal requirements of the Food Information Ordinance (LMIV 1169/2011). In order to verify the correct color and label size, proof prints are realized and approved prior to the printing stage.
We are also able to create so-called “tracking codes” to ensure the traceability of your product down to the individual farm.
Quality Inspection
To assure that quality and specifications are in line with both food safety regulations and customers’ expectations, each order is constantly tested, inspected and accompanied by our own people at each stage throughout the supply chain; from production until loading.
A profound inspection report including lab analysis realized by an independent certified laboratory, is provided prior to shipment.
Shipping
Our teams in Asia and Europe work together to ensure your orders get to the right destination at the right time.
On request, we can also ensure that your goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantity to a location of your choice in Europe according to your requirements.
Import Formalities
In cooperation with our partners, we take care of all customs and veterinary formalities in Europe and make sure your ordered goods arrive at the right location, with the correct documents and pass the customs and veterinary clearance. You prefer loading on T1 basis? Feel free to contact us.
Sustainability
Food safety, sustainable behavior and a safe working environment are top priorities in Lenk’s philosophy and workplace policy. Possessing various certifications, including Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), Lenk Seafood Services GmbH is being audited on a regular basis.
The ASC runs an independent certification and logo licensing programme for responsibly farmed seafood. ASC’s standards promote practices that reduce environmental impacts, protect wildlife and respects local communities. The ASC logo on a product guarantees full traceability throughout the supply chain, from farm to fork. Certified farmers adhere to the ASC’s strict environmental and social standard for responsible aquaculture: they minimize their impact on the environment, contribute to the preservation of biodiversity and water resources, protect animal health and ensure fair and safe employment opportunities while respecting the rights of local communities. Choosing seafood with the ASC logo supports our farmers who work with respect for nature and the people living in and from it.
For the sake of the local community, the workers and their families, the natural habitat and the end-consumer, we constantly make sure that all our products are being cultivated, harvested and produced under sustainable and safe conditions.
